Life Span vs Health Span
I’ve recently learned the term “health span”. I’d like to share with you some of what it has taught me.
SO - MUCH - STUFF
We all have so much stuff. So much stuff our garages and basements are overflowing.
I wonder if we realize the amount of stress all this stuff puts on us as humans?
Difficulty Is Your Friend
Romans 8:35-37 says
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written,
“For your sake we are being killed all the day long;
we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. “
What a great reminder that while we face difficulty, we can remind ourselves this is not the end of us. We are being put through the challenge for a reason. I’d like to share a few thoughts on it with you.

Test God…Or Not?
Test me, don’t test me. The bible confuses me some on the topic of testing the Lord. Today, I’m wondering about what he means when he challenges me to test him.
Confess or Conceal?
If we really want to make changes, heal, get better, there comes a point in time we must “confess”. As much as we all hate to do it, freedom in life begins with our admissions we are no longer in control and are powerless over our lives.
