White Sands Episode 1
Well, the first stop on my rather lengthy solo travel road trip was White Sands National Park in New Mexico.
Throughout the stay, I found it challenging to photograph due in large part to the massive amounts of wind and blowing sand.
The “sand” here isn’t really even sand at all. It’s crushed Gypsum! The same material drywall is made from.
Appreciate What You Have
We are running through life making things that don’t matter a priority while those things that do matter are relegated to the back seat. A travesty for sure.
From The Road Update
A lot of folks have been asking for an update from the road. I thought today would be a good day to provide such an update.
It's been 6 weeks of traveling in the van doing photography and spending time with family and friends.
Why I dislike Zion National Park
If you enjoy lines, a Disney Like Tourism feeling, head to Zion National Park. If you prefer peace, quiet, and solitude, look elsewhere.
Facing the Tower
Fear paralyzes us. Sometimes, you just have to do the thing…that makes you afraid.
From the Edge
The view from this stop was really something. However, it wasn’t the grand view that made the stop special. No, it was much smaller in scale.

22 proves to be a good number after all. It was the number I wore in High School basketball…and it turned out to be the number that put me on a crash course with The Wave trail in Coyote Buttes.
