Here Comes Christmas

(And a TON of other Changes and Updates)

A Trip to Denver

You may recall from my last post that I would be doing a number of Christmassy style videos. A few weeks back I decided I really wanted to get some 4k video footage of winter time and snow. In particular, I thought it would be nice to do so out in the Rocky Mountains.

I attend Discovery Church in Orlando. It’s a large church. We have a massive screen up in the front of the church. This screen displays various motion graphics and lyrics to the worship song sets. Every so often they will run a video of a mountain or sunset or something. I generally think “I have better” so I have been trying to share the various videos I have been making in 4k with them to use for Motion Backgrounds. I did the fall trip and also now this winter trip for that purpose.

Joelle has never seen the Rockies in the snow. For that matter, she’s never had the opportunity to experience the Christmas season in the snow like so many of us from the north have. We had a great time out there gathering footage of Denver at Christmas and also doing some video and photography in the ski regions along Interstate 70. In particular along the Loveland Pass region. Boy, was that ever something.

Look for Us on Social Media

As Much as I hate to have to do it, at the intense urging of Joelle’s cousin Ron, we have indeed set up an Instagram account as well as a Facebook Business Page account. I’d like to invite you to follow us on both and of course, please, leave your comments and so forth. You will find the links to both our Instagram page and our Facebook business page at the top of the desktop version of this website as well as the very bottom footer of the mobile version of this website.

Our Store is Now Very Full

Joelle has been pushing me to set up a store on Etsy. I did that and it’s been uneventful quite frankly. I’m not impressed. HOWEVER, this did motivate me to get better at uploading and including images for sale in our own store here on our site. For the past few days, I’ve been working very hard, putting in late nights loading images and more importantly classifying them. If you visit the store, you will notice there are varying categories or classifications which will allow you to narrow down your search for product by theme, region, and season. All the items in the store are available to you in a direct ship format. I am also very willing to customize any given print for you. Should you find a piece you like but would like a bible verse or inspirational saying or statement put on it, I can do that. Simply reach out to me through our contact form so we can open up a discussion on your desires in this regard.
