Petrified Forest

Today’s stop finds us spending the evening in Petrified Forest National Park. It’s a small park that has two land masses which join under the expressway crossing from New Mexico into Arizona.

I didn’t have a lot of luck inside the park, but after, once finding my campsite, I was treated to a pretty amazing sunset over the Arizona desert.
